Okay, the Large Hadron Collider is about to go online for tests. Why am I so obsessed with the LHC? Could it be that it looks like a series of giant eyeballs? (I seem to have a thing for mandalas—I probably made too many god’s eyes in the seventies.) Anyway, we’ll either blow up the world’s knowledge banks or cause some sort of black hole on earth. Yay, physics!
